- Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes we do but STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Customers who cancelled orders during delivery will be permanently banned from the store.
- What is your policy on refunds?
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed - NO REFUNDS will be allowed. Item exchange maybe possible only if the original item wasn't damaged, not opened or used.
- When I go to check out it only says Paypal. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes we do. You don't need to have a Paypal account to make a purchase. Please refer to the email below. This is how you can pay with your credit card.
- How do I check the status of my order?
Upon placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item and ship the package out as soon as possible. You can check the status of your order here: Track your Order.
- When will I receive my order?
Please allow up to 3-7 working days from the purchase date for your parcel to arrive. Length of time can vary depending on delivery location.
- Where do you ship to?
We ship all items within the Philippines.
- Is your website secure with my personal information?
Absolutely! We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.
