Returns/Refund Policy

Mario and Maria implements NO REFUND policy on beauty products. While we make sure that all beauty products went through thorough research and guaranteed safe and effective, we all have different skin types, so the effects could vary to everyone. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS ONCE ITS BEEN SHIPPED.

The company pays LBC in advance to have your orders delivered. Cancellation will only be allowed if you pay 200 pesos cancellation fee and those who placed their orders and failed to pay during delivery will no longer be eligible for Cash on Delivery option.  

Returns (subject for approval)

For Beauty devices, returns need to be made within 30 days from the received date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact Customer Service at marioandmariashop@gmail.com or PM us at  

NOTE: Shipping fees will be shouldered by the buyer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request. 

Refunds (if applicable)

We make sure that the items sent to you are in good condition. They were well packed and bubble wrapped to protect the items you ordered. If for any reason, the item you received was damaged during shipment, we will gladly look into providing a partial refund or store credit for your next purchase. 

Service Warranty

Service warranty applies on all devices, if in any case your ordered item is no longer functioning well and it is beyond the 30 days warranty period, we will gladly offer repairs on your devices for a minimal fee. Please contact us at  so we can further discuss the details.

Shipping

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 500 pesos, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
